Targeted Beneficiaries
Marginalized young people are the direct beneficiaries for ARF who are in peri-urban, poor urban, rural areas, mining, border towns and farming districts. These are young people who are:
Orphans and Vulnerable Children
Unemployed youths and with low literacy rate.
Infected and affected by HIV and AIDS
Lack access to SRHR information, education, services and resources which are vital for them to earn a decent living.
In and out of school.
Socially, economically, and culturally marginalized

Quality Education And Literacy
Conduct sensitization campaigns at community level targeted at parents, care givers and traditional leaders on the discriminatory social norms and belief systems and how they affect the education of children. The education component of ARF projects is designed to ensure that all children have access to educational services that meets their developmental needs from pre-primary, primary, secondary and tertiary levels in a manner which builds the human capital base of the communities. ARF supports the following initiatives
Empowering parents/caregivers economically through savings groups and enterprise development to support educational needs of their children.
Provide literacy centres for out of- school children to improve their access to continuous education.
